These Terms of Service apply to all digital distance appointments and candle burning services offered by Spiritual Diversity Magic. By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed on this page and on the individual service pages. All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
1. Nature of Service
Distance Reiki
All appointments are strictly digital, distance‑based time slots.
No phone call, video call, text chat, or live interaction is included.
No physical item is shipped.
Your activity during the scheduled time does not affect the service.
The service consists solely of the practitioner’s dedicated time and the delivery of a digital completion document.
Candle Spells
Candle burning services are performed by the practitioner as described on the individual service page.
No physical candles, altar materials, or other physical items are shipped.
Three photographs are sent to the customer's PayPal email within the stated turnaround period.
The photographs serve as confirmation that the service was completed and do not include notes, reports, observations, or commentary.
Candle burning services do not include Reiki.
2. Scheduling and Delivery
Distance Reiki
Appointments are pre‑scheduled. Your selected time is the start window, not the exact minute the session begins.
If multiple clients select the same time, sessions are completed back to back.
A PDF completion record is sent to your PayPal email within 48 hours after your appointment.
No impressions, notes, observations, or commentary are included in this digital PDF.
Candle Spells
Candle burning orders are completed within the stated turnaround period on the individual service page.
Three photographs are sent to your PayPal email within 4 days after purchase.
If the photographs are not in your main inbox, you are responsible for checking spam, promotions, and other secondary folders.
The photographs only serve as confirmation that the service was completed and do not include notes, reports, observations, or commentary.
Rush requests are not accepted.
3. One Person Per Order
Each purchase covers one individual and one selected service or focus.
Additional recipients require separate orders.
Only the service or dropdown selection chosen at checkout is honored.
Anything typed into checkout notes that contradicts the selected service or dropdown selection is void and does not change the service.
4. Required Information
Distance Reiki
One full name.
One date of birth.
One focus selection from the dropdown menu.
Candle Spells
One full name.
One date of birth.
Missing or incomplete information may delay delivery of the service.
5. Optional Photo Submission
Distance Reiki only.
If you choose to send a photo, you may email it after checkout.
Group photos, family photos, or images containing additional people are not accepted and do not expand the service.
6. Refund, Redo, and Recast Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds, redos, or recasts are not provided for:
Not feeling anything.
Being asleep or busy during the appointment time.
Not receiving a specific outcome.
Misunderstanding the nature of the service.
Attempting to add extra people or extra intentions.
Sending group photos.
Missing or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand the nature of the service you selected and agree not to file chargebacks or disputes for reasons including but not limited to:
Claiming the digital completion record was not received for a Reiki appointment.
Claiming the candle spell photographs were not received.
Failing to check all email folders, including spam, promotions, social, and junk. (See Client Responsibility.)
Expecting live interaction.
Expecting readings, messages, reports, or written commentary.
Expecting specific real-world outcomes.
Expecting additional people to be included.
Expecting a physical item.
Expecting a different service than the one described on the individual service page.
Claiming dissatisfaction with the service because the buyer did not experience a particular feeling or outcome.
All service details are clearly stated before purchase.
8. No Guarantees
No specific outcomes are promised, implied, or guaranteed.
All services are provided for entertainment and personal interest purposes only.
Just like all prayers aren't answered, no particular result is guaranteed.
9. Client Responsibility
It is the client's responsibility to:
Read the full service description before buying.
Provide accurate checkout information.
Be authorized to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other payment method used for the purchase.
Understand the nature of the service being purchased.
Review these Terms before purchasing.
Accept the service exactly as written and not attempt to alter or customize it.
Notify the seller by email if the PDF completion record or photos are not found in any email folder within the stated time frame so they can be re-sent.
Failure to read the Terms does not exempt the buyer from them.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Spiritual Diversity Magic reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders from individuals engaging in:
Harassment or hostile communication.
Boundary violations.
Attempts to add extra people without payment.
Attempts to obtain free labor or unlisted additions.
Manipulative behavior.
If service is refused, the order will be canceled and refunded before the scheduled appointment or candle spell work begins.
