These Terms of Service apply to all digital distance appointments offered by Spiritual Diversity Magic. By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed on this page and on the individual service pages. All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
All appointments are strictly digital, distance‑based time slots.
No phone call, video call, text chat, or live interaction is included.
No physical item is shipped. This is a 100 percent digital service.
Your activity during the scheduled time does not affect the service.
The service consists solely of the practitioner’s dedicated time and the delivery of a digital completion document.
Appointments are pre‑scheduled. Your selected time is the start window, not the exact minute the session begins.
If multiple clients select the same time, sessions are completed back to back.
A PDF completion record is sent to your PayPal email within 48 hours after your appointment.
No impressions, notes, observations, or commentary are included in this digital PDF.
Each purchase covers one individual and one focus selection.
Additional recipients require separate orders.
Only the dropdown selection chosen at checkout is honored.
Anything typed into checkout notes that contradicts the dropdown selection is void and does not change the service.
You must provide:
One full name
One date of birth
One focus selection from the dropdown menu
Missing or incomplete information may delay your appointment delivery window.
If you choose to send a photo, you may email it after checkout.
Group photos, family photos, or images containing additional people are not accepted and do not expand the service.
All sales are final.
Appointments are non‑refundable due to the pre‑scheduled nature of the service.
Refunds or redos are not provided for:
Not feeling anything
Being asleep or busy during the appointment time
Not receiving a specific outcome
Misunderstanding the nature of the service
Attempting to add extra people or extra intentions
Sending group photos
Missing or incorrect information provided by the buyer
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand this is a digital distance appointment. You agree not to file chargebacks or disputes for reasons including but not limited to:
Claiming the digital completion record was not received
(You must check all email folders including spam, promotions, social, and junk. See Client Responsibility.)
Expecting live interaction
Expecting readings, messages, or written commentary
Expecting specific real‑world outcomes
Expecting additional people to be included
Expecting a physical item
Expecting a different service than the digital time reservation described
All service details are clearly stated before purchase.
No specific outcomes are promised, implied, or guaranteed.
This service is for entertainment and personal interest purposes only.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Read the full service description before buying
Provide accurate checkout information
Understand that this is a distance‑only digital time slot
Review these Terms before purchasing
Accept the service exactly as written and not attempt to alter or customize it
Notify the seller by email if the PDF completion record is not found in any email folder within the 48‑hour delivery window so it can be re‑sent
Failure to read the Terms does not exempt the buyer from them.
Spiritual Diversity Magic reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders from individuals engaging in:
Harassment or hostile communication
Boundary violations
Attempts to add extra people without payment
Attempts to obtain free labor or unlisted additions
Manipulative behavior
If service is refused, the order will be canceled and refunded before the scheduled appointment window begins.
